Request/Possible?: Levitate with no "bobbing" (1 Viewer)

I've looked over the forumns pretty heavily and done a few searches but have not come across anything that is similar to this.

Has anyone found a way to remove the "bob" effect from levitate (on self or others) via a plugin or offset and still retain the floating?
