Are there any viable options for shrouding down and doing some slaughtering to PL an alt toon from 70 to 90. I missed the 12th anniversary quest unfortunately as I thought it would be around longer. Pretty bummed just wondering if there is anything else out there somewhat close to that one.

Not really, but you could always do lvl 65 missions and slaughter them on your 95 for shroud exp. I imagine some viable missions would be from the DoN and Darkhollow expansions, for the same mass exp. But that would require downtime leaving and joining the mission when you run out of mobs. Probably be faster just to level them the old fashion way.
