Have you looked at the ToV books? They're awful for guiding you in to how to do things

So here's a better plan, if you've done Tradeskills in ToV lets post what you know here and we can have a mini EQTC. At least until EQTC actually updates.

BLACKSMITHING Weapons:

Weapons work in nearly the same way as RoS TS. That is to say you need
2-4 velium gems cut in a particular way
2-4 Velium Sheets
Sharpening stone
PRIMORDIAL Coal (Sold in Stratos)
Hilt mold (Long, short, regular)

For example:
Conflagrant War Sword: 2x Conflagrant Ore, Marquise Cut Conflagrant Diamond, Square Cut Conflagrant Diamond, Sharpening Stone, Phlogiston Coal, Smithy Hammer, Hilt Mold
Faded Velium War Axe: 2x Velium Sheet, Marquise Cut Velium Diamond, Marquise Cut Velium Diamond, Sharpening Stone, Primordial Coal, Smithy Hammer, Hilt Mold.

Faded Velium War Hammer: 2x Velium Sheet, Marquise Cut Velium Diamond, Oval Cut Velium Diamond, Velium Smithy Hammer, Sharpening Stone, Primordial Coal, Hilt Mold (Confirmed by AeristVZ)

ALL ARMOR:
This works the same as TBL except you have to farm the actual TS mats instead of buying them from the vendor. I haven't gotten silks and pelts so I haven't made any of this yet

Here's what I know:
Velium Heavy Cloth: 8 silks, sewing needle, and a simple thread
Velium Sheet: 1 Raw Velium Ore, a smithy hammer, and a water flask
Velium Rings: 1 Raw Velium Ore, pliers, and a water flask for a Velium Rings
Velium Infused Leather: 1 Velium Infused Pelt, Sewing Needle, and Tanning Chemicals for a Velium Infused Leather

Velium Transmogrifant Patch: Velium Heavy Cloth, Velium Sheet, Velium Rings, Velium Infused Leather, Pliers, Sewing Needle, Smithy Hammer, and Filament Silk Thread

Glove & Bracers: 1 Patch
Helm, Arms, Boots: 2 Patch
Legs: 3 Patch
BP: 4 Patch
Combine these with your mold/pattern and the appropriate TS item (Hammer, Needle, Pliers) in a forge to get your armor.

Unfired Velium Infused Charm of Security: Charm Sketch, Crushed Diamond Dust, Marquise Clay Stamp, Velium powder, Purified Clay Square, Clay Stamp (Confirmed by Dozecar)

You're gonna end up with an item that is a container, much like TBL gear. You need Crystallized Velium Ore (CVO) to turn these items into a real thing. For armor you need a
CVO + an emblem of your class for armor (ROS Emblem) + Velium Infusion Medium (Confirmed by Dozecar)
For weapons you only need a CVO. (Confirmed by Terit)
Augments are also only a CVO for the combine (Confirmed by Jande)

Precious Crystallized Velium Ore is used for the TS quest that is not in the game yet (Confirmed by Developers)

Velious Surf and Turf Stew: 1 Crisped Spotted Fish, 1 Baked Velious Roots, 1 Resteat, 1 water, 1 natural spices, 1 onion, 1 red wine, 1 cup of flour
Stats are : AC: 160, HP: 1400, Mana: 1400, End: 700, Req. Level 115, weight 1.0 lb, This is a Miraculous Meal
Crisped Spotted Fish: (oven) 1 acorn oil + 1 Coarse salt + 1 Velium Spotted fish fillets

Crystallized velium ore is used much like the Uninhabited Muhbis from TBL

I tried stuff in Beta and what you said times a million regarding those TS books. They read like something written in Chinese translated into English by someone who has never made something in their life.

I tried making lumber during Beta and could not figure it out. Conflagrant lumber is 1 wood plus planting tool in a fetching kit/table. Didn't work in Beta. I can try tonight as I have a couple dozen of them now. I would like to try a shield. I made cloth with the silk in Beta but got confused with what to do with it. Even that recipe was missing parts.

Sharing info here would be great. I will post anything I figure out.

I have 6 crystalized velium ores and one special named one I can't remember atm. I can go farm some silks Monday and see if I can make something. I am guessing it's like TBL, 1 container, 1 class emblem, 1 no drop ore. Maybe the fancy one is for T3? Takes a lot longer to get an ore compared to TBL muhbis. If I spent equal time in Mearatas I would have three times as many by now. The mobs are easier for now but I am sure that will change.
 
Fo a faded velium war hammer: Rod Plans, Planing Tool, High Tensile Laquer, Velium Infused Plank, Round Cut Diamond, Marq Cut Diamond is what the books say but...

That doesn't work so I have no idea at the moment.
 
i was successful in making most things i tried last night except baking and brewing. mostly just copied the TBL recipes replacing for the Velium materials

Works without the planing tool. Just made one.

Updated Tower Shield recipe.
 
To make the group t3 armor, you make the container as outlined above then combine the Cvo, Your emblem, and a Velium Infusion Medium in it.

Also, in hindsight it's obvious, its req 115. I now have a whole bunch of stuff waiting for me to ding lol

Can you confirm the precious ore makes the higher stat one? It's not listed on the container details

edit: I just tried it, I can confirm it does absolutely nothing if you use a precious ore

I don't have any precious ore on my sk so I can't confirm. if it isn't that ore than I have no idea how you get the higher stat shield. If some drops tomorrow I will try it out as I have tons of wood.

Precious crystallized velium ore has been confirmed to be for the TS quest that is not in the game yet (updated top post)

There is (supposedly) a Diamondized Velium Ore that is used for the higher stat combines. You need this plus some other things, but iirc raids are not yet in the game?
 
The "enhanced" version, I believe is the raid version so you need a raid drop. Ngreth said the precious was for future use not implemented yet.

The pants container had 6 slots and only need 3, emblem + cvo + Velium Infusion Medium

I might have missed this but what is Velium Infusion medium? I thought the armor was just like the TS non-visibles and only need the Emblem + CVO, can someone clarify ?

Its from the vendor in frosthome. Basically the same as the subsumption from TBL.
 
Ore = Various mobs, All undead drops confirmed drop it.

Silks = Common from spiders in CC.

Pelts = Confirmed from Mammoths and Wolves in ew, haven't seen any, yet, on griffins.

any idea on the fish sheets for cloak and shoulders? i tried similar conflag and muhbis recipes but could not get them to work

Glad you were able to make sense of that. I was literally falling asleep when I posted. But i wanted to make sure I got it down somewhere in case I couldn't remember this morning.
 
i have not been able to get cloak or shoulders to combine yet.

should be for shoulder of security

shoulder pattern
velium powder
fish sheet
square tool
marquise tool
spool of simple thread
purified detergent

i think i may have been trying phlog detergent.. will update after i check

Update. if you use the correct ingrediants the combines work.
