Here it is, 2023 and this ini file is still the best I've found.

Copy and pasted, typed /mac kissassist assist and it did the things. Can't ask for much more. It seems to work great and I'll be grabbing his 115 one in time.

I just added my baby bard who hit 110 today, using this INI boosted dps dramatically. Bard only had 5K AAs but all 106-110 RK2 songs, Amazing!.
