Question - Buy item(s) upon entering zone

Is there a built-in way to trigger visiting [particular] vendor to buy a specific item when entering a zone? A possible workaround would be to set up one or more bogus recipes with an ingredients list of the items I want to stock up on and feed that into TSC. Set it up in a cfg for the zones in question (with a minimum amount check for the items). That approach seems kludgy and will disrupt any other macro already running, though. A fresh search yielded info about Dumper Dive as an alternative, but it doesn't have a limit in place. Still has the same macro issue.
