good ini, but needs help, chain casts preincarnation I over and over.

As a druid main of 21 years, I am rather picky when it comes to .ini. This one has leaps and bounds on any others I have tried. There are a few parts that could use some tweaking in my opinion however it is a very solid set up.

The only change I made was firing off the Group heal before Survival line. as it is a longer recast on survival compared to group.
