Updates For CoV

Traded Frozen Leech, For Dissident, for a little more dps, can always swap it back for a little more group healing if needed.
Finished TBL progression and got Jann's Veil, so that's added into buffs
Still using Dissident Paroxysm, instead of Composite, Until I get further along in progression.
Not a lot of choice in new spells unfortunatly.
