Added support for Drunkard's Stein since it appears there is a usecase to just grab one tier worth of spells as chars are leveling, and saves a gate pot for those not on test.
I successfully tested this latest version on ~8 different classes (war, bst, enc, clr, pld, mnk, rog, rng) starting in POK with /mac allscribe 1 110. I think most of the kinks are worked out so I'm releasing this as v1.0.

Also updated the files to be included in a zip so that folks who are using the launcher will get both files installed automatically.\

Fixed yet another big created by moving zone outside the loop. Had to add the zone flags to another if tree. Should be back to normal now, just ran a char through from 91 110
When I moved the call to zone outside of the loop, I actually needed to add a catch all else statement so that when crossing multiple zones the char knew to keep navigating to the next zone.

Added that extra call to zone to the main loop so should be back working as expected.
Fixed bug where casters were stuck in getting stuck in RoS.

There is now a check for which level spells need to be purchased when inside the guild lobby and guild hall. If char still needs to purchase spells under 91 and are in guild hall / guild lobby, they will go to POK
Added a plugin check at the beginning of the macro for the following plugins:

MQ2yes
MQ2MoveUtils
MQ2Nav
mq2portalsetter
There was a bug where running /mac allscribe on a char 90 or below would make them run to the guild hall (but not actually port to argath), fixed this by adding a check to just end the macro after POK when running as a level 90 or below.
