Pack File Update

Updates to all UI packs included. Sorry for the lag on this! Delete the old UI folders in your EQ UI folder completely, then unzip these new folders to the EQ UI folder.

Pack File Update

Some updates to a few UI packs:

- EQ2 Blue
- Krome
- Warcraft

Pack File Update - Banner Buffs

Now including alternate small banner style buff display icons in the pack. If you rather have a banner style vs. icons. See sample image. Just copy the two buff window files to your uifiles folder of your choice to overwrite the existing files. Don't forget to re-load your UI to see the changes!
