Removed additional issues that caused macro to remain paused.

Update 1.6

Further worked to fix issues with macro not resuming after mana loop. Ive run this version for hours with no breaks. Please post if you have any issues.

Minor tweak

Major update - lots of bug fixes.

- Fixed issue where macro wouldnt unpause MQ2Mage
- Added redundancies to ensure pet was suspended
- Added redundancies to ensure pet was restored
- Utilizes Gather Potency if its available upon death to get initial mana for mana loop.
- Cleaned up code and put info for people better understand

Update for after death/rez

Old macro didn't work properly if you had died or recently had a rez due to having 0 mana upon return. Updated macro checks to make sure your not in combat upon rez/death and will sit down should you be sub 5% mana until you reach 10% to start original loop.

Combat Update

Fixed issue of suspending pet in combat.
