Update 1.8 Added Arguments for expansions

/lua run geartomake - this will do all expansions from COV-NOS
/lua run geartomake NOS - will do NOS expansion
/lua run geartomake TOL - will do TOL expansion
/lua run geartomake COV - will do COV expansion

Added Currencies totals to get new gear from Raid Vendors

Will tell you if you have enough currency to buy an item from the raid vendors. Comment out expansions you don't care about.
