Utility Guild Buff Assistant 1.0.13

1. all supported classes should cast a little faster.
2. fixed the port issues with wizard and druid
3. mage will now cast all pet gear
4. working on some checks and things so try not to over hail on the druid seems to get stuck
5. other classes seem to be doing fine on over hails,
6. cleric purity and classes with sow and haste will seem to always cast them even if not checked to cast
7. took out auto facing to improve timing

Working on doing more as I go, hope things turn out better from here on out
if there isn't a spell added let me know I'll add them

1. Fixed the minimizing error that would end the script if used and couldn't reopen it
2. if you use the X at the top left and the ui vanished use this command /bb gui and that will bring it back to normal
3. Installing Via Launcher should work correctly

I'm working on the other errors so bear with me, let me know of the problems you find so I may address them
