Updated lootly to use the init.lua format instead of dropping lib in lua root.

- Lootly will now auto accept the lore-equip prompts -- thanks @Sic
- Sell routine shouldn't hang up on items without a sell price, should you try to sell them
- Fixed crashes in sell/cleanup functions; If you still get crashes, please provide steps to reproduce the issue.
- If you already have a merchant open when running /lootly sell, it won't bitch about not having a target.
- Added support for 12 bag slots, if you are feeling perky
- Added a distance check for selling

Big thanks to dreamflux and toadwart for testing/feedback.
- Fixes an issue when looting lore items with the same name (and different item ids)
