crash fix, hopefully

-- was not a timer issue, was an ipairs where we needed a pairs

FV TROUBLES!

Now supports FV and wont crash when trying to get human tongue.

normal servers human tongue is called common tongue, and mq also considers that on fv, so had to check that.

Now we Teach

Added a teach argument to the starting of the script

/lua run LLang teach

and it will spam 5 lines of text, and switch to a new language, and keep going till you stop it with

/lua stop LLang
