bug fix

Handle Lemons_Info.ini not existing for new shared lists section.

Add debug, update spells sections

This update adds some new sections to the left menu:
- Debug: this section allows selecting debug categories and time window to enable debug for the macro
- Shared Lists: this is currently for viewing only, some buttons are there but not implemented yet. Displays lists like FireMobs, SlowMobs from Lemons_Info.ini

SpellSet section now also displays Gem1-Gem13 from MySpells INI section and allows editing them or assigning from spell bar.

Also includes a bug fix for PetToys to be treated as a list.

Layout updates

- Swap tab bar for left hand side menu
- Add Save Spell Set button under spell set settings
- Some layout tweaks to spell picker menu and list item icons

frames / highlighting for list items

Updated list items like DPS and Buffs to show a yellow border around the currently selected item so its easier to see what you're editing.

Also added a few more config items from the INI that weren't there, plus a tab for bandolier.
Small fix around rendering INIs with booleans as TRUE/FALSE vs 0/1
