Formatting fix

Fixing a couple string formatting busts.

Random timers, L85-L115 buffs

Refactored with random timers. L85-115 buffs had to be skimmed off raidloot by hand, so post any typos.

L125 upgrades

-Added L125 buffs
-L120 buffs will still be cast if a class buffer is not 125 yet

de-confliction

-Fixed missing quotes in /cast. (Would cause buffs that start with the same first word to skip.)

Minor fixes

-Added Mod Rods
-Added a missing delay that could cause enchanter not to mem 1st assigned spell

Chasing nils

Now looks through all 72 for reals.

Iteration fix

Fixed an issue that could cause buffers to be missed if they were further down the raid list.

Fixes

-Fixed a bug that would prevent raid list from populating if you were not the raid leader.
-Fixed memming buffs for yourself if you ran script from an assigned buffer.
