Collectibles and Achievements Tool Released

You can query your achievements and find out what you have and need to the console, or to a log. You can even output the results in bazaar.ini format. And it's handy if you are moving collectibles around your characters ... you can also hover over collectibles to find out if you have them already without clicking them.
