Q. When I run the launcher it fails to authenticate with error message: "Failed to authenticate with the forums."
A. There might be an issue with your browser being opened by the launcher. You can try changing your windows default browser to something else, and see if that fixes your issue. This will be in your Windows "Settings" then "Default apps" under "Web Browser".
Q. I am having an issue with "locked" files?
A. This might be an issue with antivirus, file syncing, or anything else that may be scanning your files or "holding them hostage". It is suggested and recommended to whitelist your eq and mq folders.
