This command lists the basic commands for command line interaction with RGMercs.
This command will list all the different toggles and modifiers that you can do in game to modify how your character Acts.
As We Add More toggles for More advanced Possibly Character Breaking Functions we put them In here to limit the Scope of Things u Might break!
