Added pause feature

If you need to pause the script but don't want to unload it.

New commands:

/lr pause (toggles pause)
/lr pause on
/lr pause off

Bug fix

Fixed a small bug with the delay timer for Nimble Discipline.

Minor cleanup

Cleaned up some code.
Added version number on load.
