- MQ2Bard will go full paid release November 1st
- Added "UseFlurryOfNotes"
- Added "FlurryOfNotes" to use that AA "On Demand"

- - note: the way bard songs work is even if you're not "actively" casting a song
- - - your song "pulses" while your gems are grey'd out

- Added "Active Downtime" toggle
- - Outside of combat or mobs on xtarget we should sing songs (not invis or camp set) to be prepared, this include: Lively Crescendo, Aria, War March / War Chorus, etc.
- - - instead of just our \"recovery\" songs. Pulse/Chorus/Cantana, etc.

- added lower level spells to "Suffering" spell group
- - "Storm Blade", "Song of the Storm", "Katta's Song of Sword Dancing"

- Corrected DBoH check/usage (thanks for the reports)
- corrected issue where jonthan wasn't getting sung while in melee combat
- - due to the way warmarch/chorus and jonthans interacts we will always cast warchorus/march and then cast jonthans
- - and not cast warchorus/march again until jonthans has faded

- Corrected Issue where Quick Time Usage somehow got swapped to checking for UseRallyingSolo option

- moved Aria / WarMarch / WarChorus to downtime instead of requiring xtargets
- - this might get swapped around
- Memorizing your AoEMez will require bUseMezAoE
- - this means if you turn off UseMezAoE, this slot will be empty (can toss in amp or jonthans or w/e if you wanted)
