- Added Shei Vinitras, the red alien dude, the worthy sacrifices areas in the Shei Vinitras instance to the BadGeofence location, this means you shouldn't get stuck in those area trying to attack them

- Removed the force "WaitForLoot" on a few instances; this means that if you want to wait for loot, you must manually enable it

- /multiline issue with /rgstart in MQ2Grind.ini (work around is to replace /rgstart with /macro rgmercs\RGMERC.mac)
