Work in Progress RGManager (beta) v1.6.0.0

Bug Fixes:
-Fixed a bug that would cause a hang on loading settings due to the deprecated file structure if the user wasn't on the most current version before updating.
New:
-Maps page is here! With full Brewall's, Good's & MySEQ handling! You can exclude & modify maps directly through the Maps page itself! As well, MySEQ users can directly modify ports & offsets directly through the MySEQ section of the Maps page!
-A large amount of new framework elements for the Maps page have been fully instantiated.

Changes:
-Directory structure has been heavily modified and is likely to be modified again as we move towards a full release candidate. Full reinstalls may be required, but I have put logic in place to translate the older structure to the newer one so this should not be necessary.
-Changed how the application terminates to force exit the environment, guaranteeing full shutdown even if there's a possible hang.
-Removed old MySEQ pathing structures & handling.

Bug Fixes:
-Fixed a bug that could sometimes cause exclude directories for server types other than live to fail when populating.

NOTE: While the notes are bit a short here, there is A LOT of new logic. I have spent a extraordinary amount of time unit testing everything, but there are bound to be issues. If you run in to anything, don't hesitate to reach out to me and I'll get it fixed ASAP!
Bug Fixes:
-Fixed an issue causing a failure to navigate to a purchasable resource due to a deprecated URI structure.
New:
-There is now a togglable in the Application Settings that allows users to configure auto-checking for existing resource updates!
-New Console Command: checkforupdates added. This forces a check for updates over the current existing resources (& associated grids).

Bug Fixes:
-Fixed an issue with pagination where, if the minimum record was smaller than the page length, page count could potentially go negative when moving to a previous page.
-Fixed an issue where release note comboboxes would sometimes lose their items binding when refreshing resources or changing server types.
-Fixed an issue with our main view model that was causing multiple instances (2) of our main window to be populated even though only one is ever referenced.

NOTE: New logic for update checking is toggled off by default. You can find it in Settings -> Application. Click the toggle button, set an interval and RGManager will blanket check for updates every X amount of minutes! As always, if there are any issues don't hesitate to reach out to me! :)
Bug Fixes:
-Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause MacroQuest patch notes to fail to display based on server type selection.
Bug Fixes:
-Fixed an issue that caused fresh installs to possibly fail downloads due to an error with the new directory structure.
Changes:
-Adjusted some framework elements positioning & alignment in relation to the changes to the location of the server selection combobox.
Bug Fixes:
-Fixed an issue where the Updater couldn't appropriately unpack the MSI due to version discrepancies & deprecated project dependencies (due to new MSI versioning changes/checks in the pipeline).

NOTE: This merges us back up to v1.2.1.0 so all the changes for this weeks update are now live!

v1.2.0.0 - v1.2.1.0 Changes:
New Stuff:

-Each individual server selection now has it's own independent Existing Resources & Resource Excludes which can be swapped between via the server selection combo box.

Changes:
-Server selection combobox has been moved to the bottom right of the application and is now present on every page.
-Refactored directory structure, files are now organized structurally based on server type.
-Adapted logic across the entire application framework to the new directory structure.
-Resource Excludes whose resource title is too long are now appended with "..."
-RGManager is no longer downloadable through RGManager resource grids! (Recursive overflow is bad, mmkay?)
-Installer is now appropriately tagged by the pipeline, this should fix any install/uninstall issues with versioning discrepancies.

Bug Fixes:
-Fixed an issue where the Very Vanilla launch button control wasn't appropriately instantiating based on Very Vanilla download status on fresh installs.
Issues:
-Problem with the pipeline signing the installer causing updater issues, rolling back until resolved.
