/lua run tobupd
TCSNext should automatically do it for you, caveat being, if there is an update to this DB and not to TCSNeXt, it would retain the old DB and a forced update would need to be administered via /lua run tobupd.
Note: if you already have the update installed but a new version has come out and TCN has not been updated, you will need to manually run the update, This is something that may happen in the first couple of weeks for the release based on additions, modifications, and deletions.
For the resource to update via the launcher be sure to watch the resource.
