I am guessing that Daybreak and Steam agreement was not on 30 day cycle but more like 90 day cycle.
Steam tells DBG, hey bro these purchases are all fraudulent what are you going to do about that?

Still I do not see why they did not ban any of these keys earlier but waited to ban all at once unless they think that there are too many players...
