SPA list
A list of every SPA (spell affect), an internal EverQuest term. While divulging this list, developers explained that every spell has an affect which determines the spell effect(s).[1] While SPA lists have been documented elsewhere, this specific list is formatted for MacroQuest MQ2Spells.cpp
