EverQuest is the first MMORPG, regardless of what any UO or MUD player tells you. It features a class-based system, massive cooperative raids, several decades worth of content, and an 80's fantasy cover aesthetic. While released in 1999, it remains competitive in the genre by offering slower-paced combat, 16 classes each with truly unique gameplay, and a constant stream of updates and special events. It's currently maintained and developed by Darkpaw Games.

Variables
EverQuest includes a few variables which are mostly useful for pronouns.
Variable | Description |
---|---|
%m | Supposed to output the name of your target's pet, though doesn't work. Use MacroQuest's ${Target.Pet} instead.
|
%o | Outputs the objective gender-specific pronoun of your target (Him, Her, It). |
%p | Outputs the possessive gender-specific pronoun of your target (His, Her, Its). |
%r | Outputs the race of your target, but only works on players. For NPCs, use MacroQuest's ${Target.Race} instead.
|
%s | Outputs the subjective gender-specific pronoun for the target (He, She, It). |
%t | Outputs the name of your current target. |
Example usage:
/say Please target %t and nuke %p ass!
will output: You say, 'Please target Lady Vox and nuke her ass!'
