Rk. III, Symbols, and Aego

Some reports from users of Rk. III spells not being located on load. Fixed (Thanks MyNameIsBoring)
Some reports from users of Chain Casting lower level buffs "Hand of Temerity" vs "Temerity" which also effected Symbols of similar levels.

MQ2Cleric now uses MQ2CWTNBuffs, not mq2kissbuffs

MQ2Cleric -
- DoXTargetHealing is now UseXTargetHealing.
- DoMelee is now UseMelee
- DoCures is now UseCures
- DoRez is now UseRez
- DoNuke is now UseNuke
- Clerics should no longer use Confidence on pets when they have higher level HP buff spells available to cast on the pets.
- Removed XTargetHeal value/options
-- We were already using the Not-MA value of each heal type with the last several patches
- Corrected an issue where Burnalways being on, or burnallnamed being off did nothing

- Will no longer spam low lvl hp buff on group members who are not in our kissbuffs file (like real people on other computers).
- (lower lvl / byos) will no longer hp buff someone if they have a corpse within 100 (/corpse rez range etc), so we don't waste mana. :)
