Code cleanup and crash fix

--Cleaned up code a bit more (Thank you vektor for looking it over!)
--Actually fixed the crash this time!

Major Overhaul

--Set the window and columns to auto size.
--Added actors to track slow and mez on non-targeted mobs.
--Added a command to stop the script (/xtx exit)
--Moved the population of data for the tables to subroutines to save headaches in dealing with crashes.
--Changed the name field to a selectable area instead of a button. You may still click on names to change target.
--Added a red background behind the name of your currently selected target.
